Well what can we say, South wins for the 20th time in 21 years........

Rumours had it that the North team looked a little stacked this year, with some of W.A.'s best riders on the North Team, while most of the South team where Coastal Club members.
Always a great social teams event where everyone on the winning team go home $30 richer, while the losing team take home a showbag supplied by the sponsor Motul oils.

Junior quads were light on numbers due to their Round 1 of the state titles being held next weekend, never the less Jordan Dummett clean swept the day with an awesome display, the blaster purring like a kitten in front of the rest of the field on raptors. Shaun Woodhead showed he will be one to watch at next weeks titles, while Brooke and Josh Mckay battled it out for family bragging rights. Dean Filbey got rid of all his bad luck, while Zac put in 3 solid fininishes

Senior Quads had a good field of 14, some fantastic racing shown between the Master Glen Ashworth(Honda) and the rookie Pro Luke Gaisford(RPS Can-Am), with Glen taking the win in the 1st and 3rd races and Luke taking the win in the second to hearty applause. Jesse Dick, Brad Filbey, Nathan Vestey, Brodie Puleo put on a show that threatened to steal the spotlight from the front runners, while Michael Harcourt and Michael Woodhead came to grief in the 3rd. Kyle Brenton was initiated into the senior ranks with his first Senior Open.
Matt Mckay, Steven Dick, Shane Smith, Peter Grant and Grant Gaisford rounded out the grid with everyone socialising at the clubrooms at the end of the day.
