The 90cc class was dominated once again by Christopher Bosnakis winning all 4 races on the day with Aston Oliver in 2nd place with 4 x 2nd's and James Ognenis in third place giving the cobra's a clean sweep for the event.

The 90cc std class PJ Clinton 1st Caitlin Barrett 2nd Zac Ognenis 3rd.

200cc 2st - 300cc 4st
This class was totally dominated by Anthony Pearce with 3 wins and a forth, one slight mishap at the end of the straight while challenging for the the lead, the rear of the quad stepped out causing the rider to come off the side of the quad but to Anthony's credit he got back on and finished 4th, 2nd was Josh Mckay who rode fast and consistent all day, 3rd place was Donovan Peterson to round out the podium.
Marcus Smith the series leader did not have lady luck on his side this weekend but still manages to hold the top place on the leader board for the series, sharing the honour with Donovan Peterson, so it will be very interesting going to Jindong for the last round of the state title with anyone of 5 riders in contention for the WA #1 plate.
Kim Bosnakis.

Bosnakis Wins !
2010 caps off what feels for many, the longest a rider can be in one junior class.
Having been around for this youngsters entire career thus far, when others have advanced from 90cc to 200cc, to seniors and beyond, Chris has been that "Peter Pan" kid that has never moved up in class. Why? Starting at such a young age and putting in 7 years in one class. Chris first competed at national level in 2005 at just 8 years of age, but it wasnt til 2007 when he started his domination of the junior 90cc class. 2008 & 2009 Chris had a clean sweep of races at national level to take all 90cc Australian titles.
2010 will see him compete for a hatrick- 3 yrs in a row of which no rider has accomplished to date in any class.
2010 Yamaha Australian Quad MX Championships
Oct 16th 17th 2010

Chris Bosnakis dominated both Junior 90cc-110cc Standard and Modified classes to take out both Australian Titles, taking his tally to 5 in total between 2007 2008 2009 2010. Chris won all 5 races in each class putting in a huge effort for a total of 10 races across the weekend, of which he took out all 10 holeshots.

The weekend did'nt pass without any drama, as at the end of racing, Chris's bike was measured for legality coming in at just 68cc to the surprise of the multitude of onlookers interested to see the outcome, all those from WA wouldnt have been surprised as the youngster has been through this before.

Chris will now move up to the penultimate Junior 200cc-300cc for the next two years, his ride is not confirmed, as the off season practice starts on a few different brands of bikes to see what will suit the  dynamo best.

Chris thanks his Mum and Dad and sponsors, friends and family for all their continued support in his racing, Chris will now spend the off season back with his next love of Cricket.
