The BSA Cup and Harley Davidson Scramble was held on July 12th. Beautiful sunny conditions met the 13 strong Quad field, amongst the massive turnout of 185 riders all getting in some practice for the upcoming WAMX State Championships Round 5 to be held on August 9th. The "All New" Noble Falls circuit  was being  sold as a new track, with changes made to the circuit in the off season. Mixed reactions were heard after practice, with some riders loving the new flow of the track, ultra fast lap times showed the Pro's seemed to like it, while others preferred the old course.

Race 1 saw a battle for the holeshot between Chris Brenton and Tom Stevens, Brenton claimed the victory and lead the entire race from the front while the race was on for the minor placings, Luke Gaisford came through to second when Stevens  made a mistake also allowing Glen Ashworth to sneak through for third. Nick Osborne was out in his first ever Senior event, all eyes where on the youngster as along with Dad Ozy and sister Jessica raced for family bragging rights across the finish line.

Race 2 Brenton took the clear holeshot with Stevens and Barry Noy on his back wheels, a little over enthusiasm took Noy and Stevens over the Berm for a scary ride to the bottom, Noy got going, but Stevens was out of the race, Ashworth had clean air chasing Brenton who had now a huge lead, Gaisford jumped a little skew wif off a jump and getting back in the race had to settle for 3rd. Brad Filbey, Grant Gaisford and Ricky Stephens closely contested the next 3 placings, with Brad Filbey coming out in 4th place. Michael Harcourt and Kyle Brenton came through next, both not entirely sure they liked this new track layout.

Race 3 Saw Brenton get a little untidy through the first corner, cornering on 2 wheels, then the other two wheels,  holding on to holeshot getting the jump on the pack down the hill, Luke Gaisford had got a much better start and was hot on Brenton's heals with Brad Filbey sitting next, with Glen Ashworth having a less than good start. Down through the new section of the track Gaisford had a huge off knocking himself out, Filbey getting a birdseye view and shooting into 2nd place, with Glen Ashworth ready to pounce and chase down Brenton. Massive confusion ensued after this point, as Gaisford had come off out of view of the spectators, yellow flags seemed to be out across the track, as riders seemed to be off, bogged or missing in action. Brenton relinquished his massive lead to cruise to the finish line for the easy win to allow all riders to finish all their laps.

Overall Results
1st Chris Brenton 2nd Glen Ashworth 3rd Brad Filbey.
